Industrial Law - Dismissal — Employee's services were terminated following the court's decision in a case against the employee for an offence alleged to have been committed at the P.A. — Union contended that the adjudication in the case against the employee was not a conviction hence the dismissal was unjustified — Board found company acted reasonably — Hearing Officer's decision should stand.

4 Mr. Alphonso Beazer was employed at the Harbour for twenty six (26) years. He last worked as a fork-lift driver at $3.50 per hour.

5 The employee's services were terminated by a latter of 26 ^th May 1979 following the court's decision in the case against the employee for the said offence alleged to have been committed at the Port Authority. The employee was cautioned and conditionally discharged by the court.
