Industrial Law - Unfair dismissal — Worker was dismissed for alleged drunkenness — Board held dismissal unfair since the employer failed to substantiate that the worker was drunk on the day in question.

1 Mr. Ethel Joseph was employed as a labourer for two years and two months by Mr. Howard Levine at a weekly wage of $84.00. On 25 ^th February, 1978, the worker was dismissed for alleged drunkenness.
