Industrial Law - Dismissal — Employee was dismissed for giving away 2 cartons of catalog paste — Court found that the employer presented a case for dismissal and submitted corroborative evidence which the employee's representatives tested by means of cross — examination — In absence of evidence to contrary applicant's case must fail — Hearing Officer's award that dismissal was fair stood.
